The guide that gave me the unknowing courage to get my first steps in real-estate was a book named “How I Made $1000 into $3 Million in real estate in my spare time” by Bill Nickerson. He was a master storyteller and by osmosis, following examining his book, I discovered myself gravitating towards the true property labeled part of my Saturday paper.
