Furthermore, with the present day world that many of us live in, we are continually bombarded with photos and sound, the moment we step outside our top doors. And usually most of us question the question…. “How do I turn all of this down??” Effectively, the clear answer comes in the form of meditation, or else could be called quietening one’s mind. Most of us might come from various ways and through various forms, but the effect undoubtedly is the exact same wherever one handles to change off all distractions, feelings an such like etc and become absolutely still.
